Orders
No contract will exist between you and the Company
for the sale of any product, until the Company accepts your order by e-mail,
by post or, by telephone. The Company will not despatch any goods until such
time as the payment has been cleared. That acceptance will be deemed
complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively
communicated to you at the time the Company sends an e-mail to you (whether
or not you receive that e-mail), or despatches the goods to you, if the
order was made by post or by telephone.
The Company reserves the right to add or withdraw any product from sale
without incurring liability. Prices and availability are also subject to
change without notice.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without giving any prior

Prices
The price you will be charged will be that quoted on the website at the time
we accept your order. This price includes any applicable value added tax /
GST and the cost of delivery.
If you select registered post as the delivery method, you will have to pay
the additional cost of such registered postal delivery at the time we accept
your order.
Payment
Payment for online purchases is made by credit or debit card at the time we
accept your order. Orders placed using fraudulently obtained credit cards or
details will be reported to the authorities and the Company will supply all
information related to such purchases to any authority investigating the
fraud.
Cheques and Postal Orders are acceptable for mail / telephone orders, in
addition to credit card transactions. Cheques need to be processed and
cleared, prior to despatch of goods by the Company.
Delivery
Products can only be despatched once payment has cleared. Delivery will be
made to the address supplied at the time of order.
If delivery instructions are inaccurate and we are unable to make the
delivery, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event,
we will refund you the price of the products less a 12% administrative
charge and the delivery charge.
If there is an error, or any other delivery problem in respect of the
products ordered, you must notify us by e-mail or by telephone within 48
hours. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time up to 7 days
after your order has been despatched. Please e-mail

cancellation.
If you cancel your order after we have despatched the
products, then you must return the products to us at:

The products should be returned in an unused condition (tamper proof
seals & packaging intact) and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a
Recorded Delivery Service, as you will be held liable for non receipt of
your returned goods.
We regret that we will be unable to accept the return
of products which have been opened; however, your statutory rights regarding
the quality of products will be unaffected.
Shipping costs applicable to the
order are not refundable.
Availability
Although the Company aims to offer you the best service possible, it makes
no promise that the services at the nutrafx.com site will meet your
requirements and that they will be free of faults. If a fault occurs in the
